CORRIGENDUM
In the notification issued vide G. O. Ms. No. 1/2017- Puducherry GST (Rate),
dated the 29th June, 2017 of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of Puducherry and published in the Extraordinary Gazette of Puducherry, Part-I, No. 95, dated 29th June, 2017,-
(i) in Schedule I, in the entry at Serial No. 180, for “30”, read “30 or any
Chapter”;
(ii) in Schedule III, in the entry at Serial No. 42, omit the words “other
than those”;

In the notification issued vide G. O. Ms. No. 1/2017- Puducherry GST (Rate),
dated the 29th June, 2017 of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of
Puducherry and published in the Extraordinary Gazette of Puducherry, Part-I, No. 95,
dated 29th June, 2017,-
(i) in Schedule I, in the entry at Serial No. 35 for “Coffee, whether or not
roasted or decaffeinated”, read “Coffee roasted, whether or not decaffeinated”;
(ii) in Schedule I, after the entry at Serial No. 103, insert,-

“103A 23 02 Bran, sharps and other residues, whether or not in
the form of pellets, derived from the sifting, milling

dated the 29th June, 2017 of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of
Puducherry and published in the Extraordinary Gazette of Puducherry, Part-I, No. 95,
dated 29th June, 2017,-
(i) in the Schedule, in the entry at Serial No. 45, for “Dried leguminous
vegetables, shelled, whether or not skinned or split”, read “Dried leguminous
vegetables, shelled, whether or not skinned or split [other than put up in unit
container and bearing a registered brand name]”;
(ii) in the Schedule, in the entry at Serial No. 148, omit “[proposed
GST Nil]”.
