October, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
section (1) of section 11 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification no. 8/2017 – State Tax (Rate) vide S.O No.38/2017, dated the 29 June, 2017, published in the Jharkhand Gazette , namely:-
In the said notification, the proviso under Paragraph 1 shall be omitted.
- The exemption contained in the notification No. 8/2017 – State Tax (Rate) vide S.O No.38/2017, dated the 29 June, 2017, published in the Jharkhand Gazette, as amended by this notification shall apply to all registered persons till the 31 day of March, 2018.
- This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 13th October, 2017.

तार ख 28 जन , 2017 म अत वषट छट 31 माच, 2018 तक सभी रिजस वयक तय कोलाग होगी।
